I was very impressed with the whole experience. My cats came home very relaxed. I was very confident in their care as the owner requests a very comprehensive information sheet on each cat. She also was happy to give them their treats. Very happy will definitely be taking them there again!

Thank you for looking after Honey so well. She was completely happy and relaxed when she came home after a fortnight stay. As she has long fur, she needs to be brushed every day to stop fur balls forming. When we collected her, her fur was in very good condition and she had been very well groomed. All the staff we met were very nice and obviously love cats. Thank you for looking after her so well. We would have no hesitation in recommending your cattery to anyone else.

Benji loved his stay at the Fairmile cattery , ig was his first time away since losing his brother, it was warm & cosy ,lots of toys to play with, he also.gor brushed , i would recommend anyone to try it , it’s a lovely clean place to board your cat

We couldn’t have asked for more care, compassion and kindness for our elderly cat’s first stay in Devon. Fairmile cat hotel is in a peaceful location, plenty of interest for our cat within his run and lots to see for a particularly nosy boy! The staff were incredible – knowledgeable, welcoming and generous, taking time to settle our cat and reassure us on his first stay at Fairmile. He was completely relaxed when we collected him; we would highly recommend Fairmile and have already booked him for 2 further stays. Thank you everyone at Fairmile for making Jed – and us- so welcome!

Very happy with Fairmile Cat Hotel. Everyone was really lovely from when we went to view until we picked the cats up. As this was their first time in the hotel Jo kept us updated on how they were doing. Great service.

We feel happy knowing that our 2 cats are in safe and caring hands. Each time we have picked our cats up, they are happy. We can see that they are growing in confidence, which reassures us. They appear happy and comfortable in the cattery when we settle them in and return to take them both home. The staff are always friendly and welcoming.

I was very worried about putting our one year old exferral cat into at a cattery. I visited quite a few. I remained worried until I visited Fairmile Cat Hotel & met with Barbara & her wonderful staff. The Hotel is exactly that! A Hotel catering for individual cats needs & diets. Amazing two room ensuite accommodation, play & attention given to all residents & outlook lovely. Our little boy was left in safe caring hands. Although he was pleased to see us on our return he was calm, well fed & with his usual glossy coat & purrs. Thank you all at Fairmile Cat Hotel. Cassio will see you again soon.

We were absolutely delighted with this hotel, which was clean and cat friendly, with a thoughtful play area. Our cat was very well looked after by the owner and dedicated staff, who provided a choice of good food, care, and a stimulating environment.

Have absolutely no doubt when dropping off our cat, Cleo, that she is staying in the best place possible. The staff are wonderful and the whole place is spotless. From the moment you drive in, you can see the care and attention given. Cleo has stayed many times, and we truly believe it’s a holiday for her too (a nice break from the dog!).

Very impressed with the Fairmile Cat Hotel. The cats’ accommodation is very roomy, warm with a lovely garden to look out on – especially impressed with the water fountains in each pen and the slope enabling elderly cats to walk up and down to their bedroom without having to jump. It is also in a quiet location. Would definitely recommend.

Ruby holidayed with Fairmile cat hotel for 2 weeks. She told us off when she got home but other than that she seems to have had a good time. She was extremely well looked after and she looked pampered and well fed on our return. In spite of her moaning on our return, which apparently is normal behaviour, we will not hesitate to book her in again. | cannot recommend the hotel highly enough.

The best cattery! Thank you to the team for giving Thomas a wonderful first stay in a cattery. From the moment we arrived we felt welcomed and reassured that Tom would have a wonderful week and be looked after by the very best. A wonderful purpose built cattery in a lovely location. We recently moved into the area so our cat stayed at Fairmile Cat Hotel for a few days so she wouldn’t get distressed with the move. She was well cared for and very happy and content when we took her back to her new home. All the staff we met were lovely. Will definitely use

We can’t thank you enough for giving our timid rescue cat a safe and comfortable home during our house move. The ladies were kind and patient, the rooms spotless with wonderful views and the whole environment felt well cared for. We were impressed with thorough checking of medical records and the laundry service! Just purrfect!

Lovely greeting and friendly service. The Cattery was spotless and staff were friendly and they reassured me my cat would be fine. It was lovely to receive an e-mail whilst I was on holiday to see my cat was happy and content in her surroundings. I love the fact your cat could have a treat each day.
