She came home happy and relaxed. The cattery was spotless, and Louise kept me reassured with regular updates and photos. The first time I  Used Fairmile .  Barbara was amazing and very reassuring. I was totally taken back by the cleanliness, the toys on the care given to their beds and their home for however long they have to stay. They made a real effort with Freddie because he was so shy and withdrawn to start with. He soon settled him with the love and attention they gave him. This is the best cat hotel in the area in my opinion, the only one that I was confident to use a second time, and I was just as happy second time round. The staff take great care to do what you ask them to do and keep good notes on special requests. Our cat always came back from catteries with an upset stomach until we tried Fairmile. This was the third time I stayed here and as always it was purrfect,  I  always have my own room,bright light and airy with uninterrupted  views over the garden and countryside.  I always have my favourite food ,served on time  each day, which  I  ordered  before my visit . The staff and owner always welcome  me and attend to all my needs, a real home from home.
