Your Cat's Holiday Too

Whilst you are away, your cat can be enjoying their own holiday ...

... Peace and quiet, good food, grooming, entertainment ...

... So you can relax and enjoy your own holiday knowing they are well cared for.

Enrichment

Our garden is designed to provide enrichment of experience ...

... Local bird-life love the seeds, nuts and fat we provide, as do our free range chickens!

... Buddleias and hanging baskets attract butterflies and insects

... For the night time we have solar powered lamps for moths which in turn attract our bat population

Grooming and Play

Cats need attention and fuss ...

... so we groom them in the mornings and give them play and fuss in the afternoons.

Activity Centres

Cats sit up high and climb to use up surplus energy...

... and to sharpen claws on scratching posts

... and to play King of the Castle!

A Relaxing Atmosphere

We work hard to create a peaceful and relaxing environment ...

... So your cat can lie back and watch the world go by ...

... whilst you do the same on your own holiday.

Water Fountains

Cats love to drink from running water ...

... so we provide every room with a veterinary approved water fountain.

Cats hate chorine

... so we have our own filtered well water!

Hygienic Rooms

Impervious uPVC walls and ceramic tile floors can be cleaned thoroughly, to ...

... minimise risk of catching diseases from previous guests, and ...

... allow your cat to relax free of other cats' territorial smells

We have had a very busy February so far, and bookings for 2014 are now coming in thick and fast. We still have a few rooms available for most of the peak periods, except for Easter which is now almost fully booked.

So, to avoid disappointment, please try to book your cats in as soon as you have your dates (or as several customers already do, contact us to confirm availability before you finalise your dates).

2013 Prices Held until April

Although our costs continue to rise (e.g. for electricity, cat food etc.), we have decided to try to hold our 2013 prices for as long as we can (at least until end-April).

Fairmile Cat Hotel
Luxury Cattery in East Devon

Are you looking for a cattery in Exeter?  Or perhaps a cattery in Honiton?  The Fairmile Cat Hotel is a luxury boarding cattery in Ottery St. Mary in the East Devon countryside providing a superior standard of accommodation, tasty nutritious meals and high quality personal service.  We would like to think that we are the best of all the local catteries in Devon, Dorset and Somerset.  Situated only a 1/2 mile from the A30 at Patteson's Cross, the Fairmile Cat Hotel is 1 mile north of Ottery St. Mary, 5 miles west of Honiton and only 10 miles east of Exeter.  So if you are looking for a cattery in Sidmouth or a cattery in Budleigh Salterton, we could be just what you would like to give your cat a great holiday.  Some of our customers recognise the quality of care we provide and came to us in preference, say, to a cattery in Lyme Regis or a cattery in Axminster.  Our catchment area also includes Seaton, Chard, Ilminster, Talaton, Feniton, Bluehayes, Whimple, Farringdon, Woodbury Salterton, Cowley, Pinhoe, Whipton, Broadclyst, Sowton, Heavitree, Brampford Speke, Offwell, Alfington, Cullompton, Taunton and Lyme Regis.
